Forming institution for certification of organic agriculture products
One of the most significant ways in agriculture- market production with accent
on organized equal appearance on markets of European union and the markets of other
countries is certification of agriculture and food product.
Legislation of EU is developing over 30 years and continues to change adapt
to new situations. Legislation in the agriculture production presents about 40%
whole Legislation European Union.For our region by now is identify about 200 key
measures for coordination.
These measuresare devided in two groups:
1. Veterinary, Health of plants and feeding of the animals
2. Agriculture markets
Food that we use daily has direct influence on human health.It is proven
that near 70% harmful materies in organism is taken with food.This harmful materies
are cause of many and very serious diseases.To prevent this countries of the EU
adopt e standards who must satissfy procces of food production - ISO 65. According
to this standards of quality control,process of production is controled.Only the
food produced in accordance with issued rules can geth mark ISO 65.Food what has
this mark ,have open doors for export on the markets in EU countries.Soon it wont
be possible to sell food even on domestic market, if it iis not produced by ISO
65 standard.
Fulfillment measures for accordance is mutualy connected and must be realised
parallel. For guiding any measure of any group certification and responsible clasification
is nececcary.Besides that there must exist public organs who are capable for carry
out nececaru checks and guaranteed permanent certificates. Harmonizing basic demands
for health care means that inside European Union,on market can go only foreighn
products wich fulfill health standards of community and have valide certificate
for that.
It is important to say that in following period City assembly of Banjaluka,
NGO Krajina- Bussines Incubator and in cooperation with Ce nter for willage development
of Banjaluke, will be presentated SOIL Association - EU for certification from Great
Britain lead by international development manager PhD.Dr. R.Hardy and PhD.Dr. Jovo
Ateljevic chief of department for management and development on University of Stirling
in Scotland.With named cooperation is already agreed on a higest levels, as for
certification of organic, anorganic program and for certification of other products,and
certification of the enterprises is in beeing take into consideration.
Main task in the future should be making confidence betven different participients
in the proces wich will ensurance quality of products and services.This is especially
important considering incoming proceses of globalization of world economy,in wich
BH enterprises must seek their place.Therefor,building of system of quality becomes
more significant.

Aims of the project:
Forming Domestic accredit certification house by standards EU ISO 65
- Providing and uniting of modern technically - technology capacities for control
of quality and certification of agriculture products of organic and convencional
origin.
- Directing agriculture production thry technically - technology modernize and planned
introduction merchandise,market oriented and certifited production.
