Project objectives:
- Creating of Tourist institutional/organizational structure in Drina Valley
- Construction of capacities of Tourist institutional/organizational structure in
Drina Valley
- Help in Economic Regeneration of Drina Valley (and Municipalities involved) that
is Developing and Promoting of Sustainable and Quality Visitors Industry in Region
In partnership with Municipalities of BaH: Srebrenica, Bratunac, Visegrad
and Rudo, and Municipalities in Serbia: Ljubovija, Bajina Basta, Uzice iand Priboj,
CARE BH/C is implemented program which would organize this Municipalities as one
Tourist Region and introduce many Projects related to Tourist Development which
would form on chances and potentials mutually identified by eight Municipalities
involved in Process of Local Consultations. This consultations are already identified
lack in structural Organization of Tourist Region in Drina Valley.
Following characteristics of program would be creating of institutional/organizational
structure with local property throughout of transfer of knowledge, professional
support and using methodologies which CARE are involved during of implementations
of previous projects. Ones, when Tourist Region would structural developed and with
build capacities , project will continue with creating of Quality Tourist Product
which will present each of involved Municipalities iin TDDV and will international
promote. The Last phase of Development of Project will involve support of grants
for Municipalities and creating of working place related to Tourism.
In trying to achieve main goal of Project, it is necessary to insure mutual
and high organized efforts by all 8 Municipalities (and other which can involve)
in creating of mutual Tourist Product. This means mutual planning and efforts for
Development.
For Project like this, it is natural to meet with hundreds of stakeholders
of which are the most important Municipalities and also enterprises, fishing, hunting,
ecological and many other social groups. Consequently, that insures theirs permanently
participation and Making Decisions in one evident synergetic organized form.
